We identify traffic lanes, stains, fiber concerns and pet-odor areas before cleaning begins.
Pre-vacuum
Loose dry soil is removed first so it does not turn into muddy residue when moisture is added.
Precondition
The right professional treatment is applied for the carpet's condition and given time to work.
Agitate
When needed, mechanical agitation helps loosen embedded buildup in high-traffic areas.
Extract & rinse
Professional truck-mounted hot-water extraction removes suspended soil and cleaning solution.
Review
We evaluate remaining spots, set drying expectations and complete a final walkthrough with you.

Most carpet dries in 6–12 hours depending on airflow, humidity, carpet type and how heavily it required treatment.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?
We use family-conscious products and rinse thoroughly for a clean, residue-reduced finish. Tell us about sensitivities before service.
Do you move furniture?
We move light furniture when safe. Large, delicate or specialty items stay in place unless arranged before the appointment.
Is every stain guaranteed to come out?
No honest cleaner can guarantee every stain, fiber damage or severe contamination will disappear. We inspect, explain what we find and use the appropriate professional process.
What if I have a concern after the cleaning?
If you are concerned about an area included in your completed service, contact us within 7 days. We will review it and, when further cleaning is appropriate, return once to re-clean that area at no additional charge. This does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, fiber damage or contamination below the carpet or pad, and it does not include treatments that were not part of the original service.
