Keep It Best FAQs
What is considered a standard room?
A standard room is up to 300 square feet. Oversized or combined rooms may count as more than one room. The plan also includes one short hallway per visit. We confirm coverage before enrollment.
Can I choose different rooms at the second visit?
Yes. You may change the rooms cleaned as long as the new selection stays within your plan’s room and total-size limits at the enrolled address.
What is not included?
Stairs, oversized rooms, specialty stain work, pet urine or odor treatment, upholstery, rugs, excessive furniture moving, water damage and restoration work are separate. Eligible additions performed with a scheduled visit receive the member discount.
Can I schedule both visits close together?
No. Keep It Best is a maintenance plan. Included cleanings are scheduled approximately six months apart and must be at least 150 days apart.
Can unused visits roll over?
No. Visits expire at the end of the 12-month term, do not roll over and have no cash value. We provide proactive reminders to help you use your visits.
Can I cancel monthly?
Monthly payments are 12 installments toward an annual plan, not a cancel-anytime subscription. Services pause if the account becomes past due. Any early-cancellation calculation is governed by the signed plan agreement.
Does the plan renew automatically?
During the introductory pilot, renewal requires your approval. We will contact you near the end of the term with the current renewal price and options.
Where is Keep It Best available?
Keep It Best is available for eligible homes throughout Metro Detroit, including communities in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. Service availability is confirmed before enrollment.
What does a plan cleaning visit include?
Each scheduled plan visit includes pre-vacuuming, professional prespray, spot treatment, hot-water extraction, a deodorizing rinse and final inspection for the rooms covered by your plan. Specialty treatments and excluded services remain separate.
What happens if I move?
One move to another eligible address inside the Clean It Best service area may be approved after the new room count, access and travel requirements are confirmed.
Important: Keep It Best is available after a qualifying regular-price initial cleaning. Plans cover normally soiled carpet and standard access. Results vary by carpet condition, fiber, stains and prior damage. Permanent stain removal and complete pet-odor removal are not guaranteed. Services are subject to the signed plan agreement, eligibility, availability and service-area limits.
