What Counts as an “Area”?

A standard area is up to ~300 sq ft. Oversized or L-shaped rooms may count as two. If unsure, pick the closest plan and we’ll confirm before we start.

Add-On Options (Member Discount)

Protector, deodorizer, pet enzyme, upholstery pieces, stairs, and move-out certificates can be added anytime—members get discounts.

How It Works

Home Care Plan FAQs

Is this a contract?
No “locked in” contracts. You can cancel before your next scheduled visit. We keep it simple.
Why only twice per year?
For most Michigan homes, every 6–8 months is the sweet spot: it prevents buildup without over-wetting carpets.
What if I need more than 2 visits?
Members get priority scheduling and discounts on additional cleanings. If you’re consistently needing more, we can build a custom plan.
Do you guarantee pet odor removal?
Pet odors can be improved significantly with enzyme treatments, but severe contamination may be in the pad/subfloor. We’ll inspect and explain options before proceeding.
